Email reminders are available for all appointments. Please ensure your email has been updated and registered with reception. 

Patients must register their license plate when parking in our free patient parking lot to avoid an Indigo parking (signs will indicate “Crabtree House” as the designated lot) ticket. Storwick Dermatology is not responsible for any parking disputes – these will be handled directly by the individual and Indigo parking.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please be advised that we require 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Failure to inform us that you cannot make an appointment less than 24 hours before the appointment will be subject to a $50 fee. Thank you for respecting our clinic and this policy.
